If Format is not defined, the string value returned is in the default format %H:%M:%S, however the number value will be a Windows timestamp. This can be any combination of text and Time Format codes. The string representation desired for the date and / or time of the measure is then defined by using the Format option. By default this is simply the current system date and time.
